I enjoy living life unattached to a specific outcome...dancing on the edge before leaping off…trusting that I will either fly or find myself on solid ground surrounded by people and experiences that support me fully in this daring adventure called LIFE!

From coaching women’s basketball at the University of Kentucky to owning my own businesses to taking a year-long journey across America, life is NEVER dull or boring!

Part of my journey has taken me from having my business named Lexington, KY Chamber Of Commerce Small Business of the Year to ASI (Advertising Specialty Institute) Small Business of the Year in the United States.

I took a flying leap into internet and social media marketing in 2008, immediately grasping its importance in allowing me to continue to flourish in my home-based business. I love collaborative process and teamwork (see what it takes for you to work with Coach B) and leveraging our collective minds and talents in this mobile/social media revolution. I would be flying solo in my choice to work from home if I were not both utilizing this medium and this process. Solo means two Ears, two Eyes, One Mouth…you don’t have to be a mathematician to recognize the value of having more ears to listen, more eyes to see, and more mouths to inform me by collaborating with others.

I have chosen to persevere through the CHAOS, as my past experience has shown me that it is a necessary evolution in moving from a stuck, stable state to a metastable state where choice exists, life happens easily and naturally, and ALL is possible! Chaos is an important state that cannot be skipped, if you are to continue growing, shifting, changing and evolving. Many people, however, never have their AHA moment because the type of fear where false elements appear real initially immobilizes them and then sends them backwards to their stuck state. A little about my business process…

People often throw out the baby out with the bathwater through either/or thinking regarding marketing…or anything. I believe that marketing today requires a both/and approach.I can easily miss a lot of details, so I make sure that I have SYSTEMS (Save Your Self Time Energy And Money) in place that allow me to think in visionary ways, and help you and others do the same. I don’t choose to reinvent the wheel. I keep my creative juices flowing by choosing better wheels as I discover them and greasing the current wheels with my own creative spin.

The best results, both offline and online, old school and new school, are manifested through building relationships and connecting with people. I have coined Age of Influence Marketing (tm) to describe this process. It is precisely what I utilize to build businesses today. The term captures and represents what I believe is a paradigm shift that is creating the first new business model in my lifetime. Remember, just because we all aren’t in the same business doesn’t mean we can’t choose to be on the same team!

Age of Influence Marketing (tm) utilizes “collective intelligence,” which I have dubbed the new “expert” in today’s market, lending itself to this collaborate process,and is readily available due to technological advances such as the internet. Crowdsourcing, a new term for an ancient process, is an arm of Age of Influence Marketing (tm) that is being employed by businesses, connecting this new “expert” of collective intelligence globally. That’s why I love coaching people in learning how to use innovative and new ideas to evolve into their Millionaire Self, representing their choice to experience financial freedom.

Combining my years of owning my own small business and loving that type of entrepreneurial vehicle, I evolved through what I have learned with internet marketing to now be a digital media and marketing consultant. I consult with and coach SOHO (Small Office/Home Office) Professionals to create integrated, merged communication systems for their businesses during what I have coined as the SOHO & Mobile Media Revolutions.

Developing a team of people committed to helping you happens in diverse ways…from helping you pay off your mortgage and debts in as little as 1/3 to 1/2 the time, allowing you to build wealth…to helping you learn how to authentically engage with yourself and others. My dream is to continually help you and others achieve your dream of owning your own small business or home-based business.

Again, I value SYSTEMS, and love that I have BizProPlus, offering a suite of tools that can help both me and you establish a small business in a way that can support you in being successful. It provides a solid foundation…not only providing tools such as the invaluable GoToMeeting/GoToWebinar for online conferencing throughout the world,but also also provides google ad marketing training, video prospecting, personal and business development, contact management system with drip campaigns & customizable templates and email broadcast..

Harbinger Enterprises is our real estate development company we started in 2007. Our motto of “stepping forth to be the Harbinger of real estate dreams…yours and ours!” allows us to further the dreams I have mentioned above. It just gets better and better every day! In the challenging times of today’s economy, my greatest joy is totally transforming an individual’s financial picture in 90 days. A little about my life & personal intentions…

I am passionate about creating equality and justice for all people. My spouse, Robynne and I, embarked on a year-long journey in 2005/06, committed to engaging hearts and minds, creating authentic connections and transcending differences that separate us. We began our weekly newsletters with “You can’t hate someone whose story you know.” When we get to know one another, magic happens! As Rev. Dr. Lisa Davison, who officiated at our wedding, says about me, “Dotti looks at life as full of possibilities,” which brought a roar of laughter from those in attendance. She had pegged me! I have been called an electric eel in a pond of gold fish.

My next goal is to finish my doctorate work in Human Sexuality. I am just too close not to pursue that final quest of my thesis. Since I see things through Helen Keller’s “eyes,” believing that “Life is a Daring Adventure or nothing at all,” other adventures have garnered my attention. School can wait when there is a present life adventure available! One of my favorite sayings, attributed to Helen Keller as she made it well-known, but actually first spoken by Edward Everett Hale, is:

I am only one.

Yes, Two Women & a Poodle, as we were affectionately dubbed, continue to use our Power of One to inspire the power within All of Us, as we encourage people to join the conversation and have more engaging and authentic connections as we lean in and move toward one another rather than defend and move apart.

Rylee Joy, our beautiful standard poodle, continues to be the connective thread in so many situations. People walk up and talk to us when many times they would have walked on by, just as we might have done. But add a baby or an animal to the mix and people talk! She even wrote “life lessons” while on our year-long journey. Perhaps they will speak to you in some small, but significant way.
