If you are looking at exploring more new school marketing tools in 2010, then add phone broadcasting to the top of your list. Why? Bottom line is that you talk ONLY with people who want to talk with you about whatever it is you are offering.

For example…let’s say you like to hike and you call all your friends and family every day asking them to go on a hike and they all keep saying “No!” In fact, they are now avoiding you.

What if, however, you put out a voice broadcast to 1000 people with the touch of a button and 50 call back and are excited and can’t wait to talk with you,  exclaiming “Wow…I am so glad to connect with other people in my area who like to hike! When/Where/What Time is all I want to know!” You would now have 50 people eager and ready to go hiking without having spent the energy talking with 950 who don’t enjoy hiking and aren’t interested!
